RETURN POLICY. Unopened items, with a receipt, in original packaging and returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange.

Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Customers returning used products for reasons including dissatisfaction or unsuitability; within 30 days of receipt, will be allowed product exchange or in store credit, no money will be returned.

 There is a 10% cleaning fee on all used Vacuum Cleaner returns.

If you picked up the wrong type of bags, filters, whatever, we will exchange them as long as they are all in original packaging.
